Below is a summary of the two main verification flows and the two subset flows we offer.
1. Normal V2
- Requests a single document for ID verification.
- Offers an enhanced UI/UX mobile experience.
- High customer conversion rate compared to multi-document flows.
- Completion time in under 2 minutes.
- When calling this flow via API, it is referenced as "NORMAL2".
Document Only Flow
- In certain scenarios, biometric checks (liveness and face matching) may not be necessary for ID verification.
- Customisation of the "NORMAL V2" flow to remove the biometric checks.
- Minimises friction for the customer by removing the requirement for a selfie in the flow.
- As this is a configuration of Normal V2, when calling this flow via API, it is referenced as “NORMAL2”.

2. VOI V2 Flow
- Requests a combination of ID documents.
- Meets the requirements of the Australian Registrars' National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC).
- When calling this flow via API, it is referenced as "VOI2".
Simple VOI Configuration
- Streamlines the VOI V2 flow for a more user-friendly experience.
- Requires users to provide only two ID documents for verification.
- Simplifies the process while effectively aligning with ARNECC guidelines.
- As this is a configuration of VOI V2, when calling this flow via API, it is referenced as "VOI2".
