Create Roles

👨‍💼 Create a new role for your users.

  1. Go to the Users module on the IDKit portal.

  1. Click on the "Manage Roles" button.

  1. On the Role Management screen, the roles of the system can be seen in the left sidebar. A new role can be created by clicking the + icon.

  2. Enter the role's name, for example, “Customer Service.”

  3. Click the Add button.

✅ A new role has been created and will be displayed in the roles sidebar.
