Single document verification flow.

Overview

Normal V2 represents an enhanced iteration of the Main Flow, offering a refined user experience with minimal dropouts and maximum success rates. This flow is strategically designed to minimise user friction by requesting only a single document for the verification process.

Steps

The steps users will go through are explained as follows:

1. The user provides consent to provide personal information gathered during the verification flow.
2. The user captures the ID document by clicking the "Capture My ID" button.

The user can see the acceptable documents and countries through the "See acceptable documents" option.

3. The user will be prompted to review the ID data on the next screen.
4. The user reviews and confirms whether the extracted information is correct or not.
5. The user performs the face verification using the mobile phone's front camera by following the capture tips.
6. The verification is complete. ✅
